I am proud to bring many years of business and leadership experience to my clients.
As a consultant, I bring academic experience as an MBA level Professor in Organizational Psychology, Professor of Psychology and Business at four colleges and universities, and as both a professional facilitator and a certified mediator. What makes me unique is my overarching “people” commitment. I also bring the depth and breadth of my knowledge of process and experience in implementation to the table in the interest of your ultimate success.
In addition, you will gain from my leadership experience from my numerous business, community and academic roles over the years. In addition to leadership positions in the university, these include working with Community Boards of San Francisco, Birkenstock Sandals, Mote Marine Laboratories, Inc, the Sarasota County Economic Strategic Plan, Young Entrepreneurs of Sarasota, Chambers of Commerce in both Novato, CA and Sarasota, FL, Polk Community College Administration, SCOPE of Sarasota, and numerous nonprofit boards. I have successfully facilitated change efforts for many clients. (See my client list.)
The breadth of experiences gained from my leadership roles in higher education, and a wide range of consulting engagements have helped hone my skills relative to creating unique strategic plans, to group and meeting facilitation, and to problem solving. I’ve always been a trouble shooter and a problem solver. Always!
